Featured events include: Weekly Test and Tune, WDRA Points Series, Teen Drag Racing. Coastal Plains Raceway Park is co-located on Hwy 24 just 4 miles west of Jacksonville N.C. For great family fun, a company night out or a community service fund raiser, Coastal Plains is the right choice. Coastal Plains Raceway is a 4/10th mile asphalt tri-oval featuring 12 degrees of banking in the turns and 5 de

grees of banking on the straightaway's. Coastal Plains Raceway features bi-weekly Stock Car Racing with Limited Late Model, Street Stock, Mini Stock, Legends, Renegades (UCAR), Hornet (UCAR) and Young Guns (UCAR) in competition. Coastal Plains Dragway is and IHRA sanctioned 1/8th mile and 1/4 mile facility that features DOT Street Legal Drags on a weekly basis and a bi-weekly bracket racing program with Top Eliminator, Modified Eliminator and Junior Dragster in competition

*** IMPORTANT UPDATE***

We want to inform our racers, fans, and community that a fire occurred at our Dragway yesterday afternoon.

First and foremost, we are very grateful to report that everyone is safe and no one was injured. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the firefighters, emergency responders, and local authorities who acted quickly and professionally to contain the situation.

At this time, we are assessing the extent of the damage and working closely with the appropriate agencies to determine the cause of the incident. Our team is focused on ensuring the safety of our staff, racers, fan, and community while developing a plan to resume operations as quickly as possible.

We understand this news may raise questions and we are committed to providing updates as more information becomes available. We appreciate your patience, understanding, and support during this challenging time.
