Friday 6 AM. End-of-week class — half the room is the regulars who showed up Mon-Thu, half is the guys who got busy and only made it once. Both came back. That's the only thing that compounds.

Mon-Thu 6 AM and 6 PM, Fri 6 AM, Sat 10 AM Open Mat. All no-gi.

The weekend ended yesterday. Today's the part that compounds — the second class of the week, the one where last Thursday's roll starts showing up in muscle memory.

Adult Jiu Jitsu, all no-gi. Workout clothes, water bottle, mouthguard if you've got one. If you've been on the fence about coming in for the free 10-day trial, tonight's a clean place to start.
