This weekend the team really showed up at the local Fuji North Carolina State Championship Tournament. It is my vision at Adjust that we will develop through hours of experimentation, culminating in a test through competition. We will do this repetitively until we were all sharpened. This is just the start. This experience serves as an example of team work and what can happen when you show up for each other. Im super proud of the team. LETS KEEP GOING!

Huge turnout tonight! Congratulations to Felix, Adjusts newest blue belt. Also congratulations to Ben, Carlos, and Matt for earning a stripe. One step closer.

On a lower note, here we go again. We live a military lifestyle that sees good people come and then they have to leave. Marie you will be missed by all of us here, but you'll find your new tribe in GA. Good people always do. Take care and keep training!

Reminder for Adjust members 🇺🇸

There will be NO classes on Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day.

Tuesday, May 26th classes will be GI classes for BOTH kids and adults, please make sure to bring your gi to class.

Our normal class schedule will resume on Wednesday. See you on the mats!

Congratulations to this young warrior. Im so proud to present a yellow belt to Zoe. Shes dedicated, detail oriented, and a good example to all the kids just beginning there Jiu-Jitsu journey. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Keep up the good work Zoe.

Join me in congratulating Shelby! When I asked her if she wanted to organize and lead a woman's Jiu-Jitsu class, even as a white belt, she answered without hesitation and with supreme confidence. That heart deserved to be rewarded. But really, she went from shy and soft-spoken to someone who fights with the heart of a giant. Her growth as a grappler and her evolving fundamentals make Shelby every bit the blue belt she is now. Keep going Shelby 💪🏾.

I haven’t posted in a while,l ife’s been a blur trying to balance work and the academy but stepping back today, I’m blown away by how far we’ve come.

Adjust Jiu-Jitsu has grown so much since we opened last year. Every long day, every late night, every ounce of effort has been worth it. We’ve built something beautiful here.
