We have partnered with Onslow County School to offer monthly rated tournaments during the school year. Mornings are for K-5 students and afternoons are for grades 6-12. These tournaments are open to ALL students in Onslow County, including public, private, home school, and base schools. There is limited space and players must have a current US Chess Federation membership.

We look forward to offering these tournaments to our young players.

Thanks to the Strategic Moves Chess Center, Onslow County Schools Advanced Academics is launching a year-long series of Saturday chess events. These will be held monthly for the 2026-2027 school year. All school ages are welcome. Also our private and homeschool families are welcome to participate.
