Hey guys!!! 🤗... meet .nicole._ one of our 5am members. 🌅.nicole._ has attended almost every single one of the 5am classes while working as a first responder for the past 2 months consistently👏🏽🙌🏽👏🏽. This woman has stayed focussed, pushed towards her goals, and is down 22lbs😍😍😍. Let’s give this RBF lady a hand👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🎉

Today we raised money and donated toys to a local Jax family in need❤️. These people worked so hard💪🏽 for an amazing cause and we can’t tell you how much we appreciate it.🙌🏽 The Saved to Serve foundation and LTB foundation along with our affiliate will continue to spread the love next month at our awareness event! We will continue to try to make a positive impact on our community through events like these.

We want to make the Wynn kids’ Holiday one they will NEVER forget!🤗🎄 Join us Saturday, December 19th 1-3 for fun fitness challenges, Zumba, food, recovery, prizes, and more all we ask is you bring $5 to donate or a snake toy for one of 5 Wynn children. This is a Jacksonville family in need of your help. No better way to spread cheer than having fun, working out, and giving to a great cause. Everyone is welcome.
