And then there are coaches whose impact on a program is so significant that one National team simply isn’t enough.

We’re excited to announce that Coach Will Berdecia will be leading not one, but TWO OTVA National teams this season as the Head Coach of both our 16 National and 18 National teams.

As our Club Director, Coach Will has helped shape the culture, standards, and vision that drive OTVA forward every day. His ability to connect with athletes, develop leaders, and create competitive teams has made a lasting impact throughout our program.

For our oldest athletes, having the opportunity to learn from a coach with Will’s experience is invaluable. Whether helping players prepare for college volleyball, navigate the recruiting process, or compete at the highest level, his commitment to athlete development remains unmatched.

We’re excited to announce that Stephen Henry will be leading our OTVA 17 National team for the 2026-2027 season!

With more than 18 years of coaching experience, Coach Stephen has established himself as one of the most accomplished coaches in the region. His track record of building successful programs, developing collegiate athletes, and leading teams to championship-level success makes him an incredible leader for our 17 National athletes.

His accomplishments include:

We’re excited to introduce Jenna Williams, Head Coach of our OTVA 13 National team for the 2026-2027 season!

Coach Jenna brings 15 years of coaching experience and a passion for developing athletes both on and off the court. As a former collegiate player, current Head Coach at The Bolles School, and Head Coach of Boys Volleyball at Harvest Community School, she is committed to helping athletes build confidence, leadership, and a competitive mindset.

Her accomplishments include:

Over the next several days, we’ll be introducing the coaching staff that will be leading our National teams for the 2026-2027 season.

First up is our fearless leader and Club Director, Coach Will Berdecia, who will be leading our OTVA 16 National team!

With more than 25 years of coaching experience, a 15-year career as an All-Navy Volleyball athlete, experience coaching both the All-Navy Men’s and Women’s teams, and serving as a USA Volleyball NTDP coach and Team Lead for the USA Men’s U23 National Team, Coach Will brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and passion to every athlete he coaches.

His commitment to developing athletes, building championship cultures, and helping players reach the next level continues to set the standard for OTVA.

Happy Mother’s Day to all of our incredible OT moms! 💐❤️

The sacrifices you make, the miles you travel, the sidelines you fill, and the constant love and support you pour into your athletes does not go unnoticed. OTVA is what it is because of the amazing families behind our players, and today we celebrate all of you.

We also want to give a very special Mother’s Day shoutout to our amazing coaches — Coach Je’Bria, Coach Jenica, Coach Jenna, Coach Katelyn, and Coach Antonella. Thank you for the love, energy, patience, and leadership you bring to our athletes every single day, both on and off the court. Your impact goes far beyond volleyball. 🏐💙❤️
