Exercises I’m doing at 5 weeks postpartum⬇️⬇️
Note: I’m a trainer and have been strength training and active for over a decade so my baseline of fitness is different than most. I felt perfectly fine doing the weighted single leg RDL’s, but that isn’t a move I’d suggest to most early postpartum mamas.
Notice it’s a mix of mobility, deep core work, and a little bit of bodyweight strength.
Moving very slow on most exercises. Moving WITH my breath. “Hugging baby” before each rep.
