It’s OK to be done with basketball.. If the Love isn’t there it’s gone be hard to keep going at a high level. The dedication and sacrifice that it takes to be a good basketball player doesn’t come easy at all. And if it’s not for YOU anymore, that is OK

YOU are going to have to be the person to get in the gym and put in the work!!

Mom and dad can’t do it for you. Your coach can’t do it.. You gotta be willing and determined to go after what you want from the game..

If you can’t afford to train with a trainer. YOU can still put in work!! YOU can still ask what you need to work on and figure out how YOU can get better at these things..

You need BOTH training and game reps to be a good basketball player. You need time to work on your individual skill set and abilities. But you also need in game repetition to learn timing, pace, spacing, etc..

Everybody program isn’t for every kid. It’s important to understand what the program is offering and what you kid needs at this stage in development.

1. Have they played competitively (highly) before?

2. Are they being developed for their specific needs?

3. Are the getting reps to learn game speed, timing, concepts, etc?
