Yesterday we received an order of Freedom Seeds and Seed Holders. We got seeds in the following sizes: 9, 32, 40, 44, 50, 270, 303, and 3006. Yesterday we also sent in orders for more Seed Holders and Cytac holsters. Included from Cytac are holsters for the Ta**us G3, S&W SD and SCCY CPX. Follow us for more updates.

A Florida Appeals Court has found that it is unconstitutional for the State of Florida to prevent adults 18-20 years of age from carrying a concealed firearm. At this time it is still a requirement that a person must be 21 years old to purchase a firearm, but I expect this ruling to be the basis of court action challenging that law as well.

We are still waiting for Gov. Desantis to formally sign the 2026 Florida budget, but I have found some more parts that will be important. I am talking about the "Sportsman's Sales Tax Holiday". Last year the sales tax holiday on fi****ms and ammunition, limited accessories and camping, hunting, and fishing equipment ran from September 8th through December 31st. This year we gain another week, as the dates will run from September 1st through December 31st. Additionally, the sales tax holiday is expanded to include magazines, barrels, slides, internal parts, triggers, sights and optics, grips and SUPRESSORS or Silencers. These items could change since the Governor has line item veto power, but this is the version of the law that was passed by both chambers of the Florida Legislature. This information I have mentioned can be found begining on page 67 of the document at the attached link.

Due to the store closing at the end of September, we have spent a lot of time this week designing and contracting to have a building put up on our property. I will post more once this develops with a completion date. At this time I do not plan on closing our business outright. We are exploring options for other sales opportunities and are excited about having other ways to service our customers. Follow us to be kept up on any developments.

It is a sad day! Today I was informed that the property hosting my store has been sold, and the last day the market will be open to the public will be September 27th, and I must have all items off the property by the end of October 2026. I do not know what the next phase of my store will be, but we look forward to it with guarded optimism. We want to thank all of our loyal customers that have supported us for the past 11 years. I will post more as the situation develops.

Today is the 82nd Anniversary of Operation Overlord, the Allied invasion at Normandy, France. Please take a moment to imagine what it must have been like to storm the beach and take part in the liberation of Europe. Let us be thankful for the sacrifices made by those brave men that allow us to enjoy the freedoms we have in the United States today.
