Llaina's Dance and Gym is a locally owned and operated dance studio, proudly serving Jacksonville and it's surrounding areas since 1995. Our mission is to introduce the art of dance and tumbling to each student and to instill confidence, self-expression, discipline, and passion for dance and tumbling through our performance and educational programs. Our primary focus is fun but we also strive to n

urture leadership skills and excellence in all our emerging artists. Classes available at Llaina's Dance & Gym for ages 2-adults:

Power Tumbling (including Tumbling, Trampoline & Double Mini Trampoline)
Ballet
Pointe
Modern
Clogging
Jazz/Poms
Cheerleading

Tumble Bug dance and tumble classes are available for ages 2-3 years. In addition to our Tumble Bug program we also have 1 hour combination dance/tumble classes for students ages 6 & under. We also offer a competitive Tumbling, Trampoline, and Double-Mini team that is associated with the United States Tumbling and Trampoline Association and Amateur Athletic Union.
