twelve years.
for twelve years, i poured my heart into building a business as a beachbody coach. through countless conversations, shared struggles, successes, and life changes, i had the privilege of connecting people with tools to support their health and wellness—and in return, they gave me their trust, belief, and friendship. it's the relationships i've built thru it all, that have shaped my life in ways I can never fully explain.
now, it feels like all of that has been taken away. as of today, the coach network is officially gone, and our customers have been absorbed.
it’s a strange, painful grief—anger, sadness, and loss that hits harder than i expected. but through all the heaviness of the moment, i can't ignore the gratitude. gratitude that it happened at all. gratitude for every single person who trusted me, joined me, liked a post, or even quietly watched from the sidelines.

y'all, i was clearly ready to go down with the ship and never would’ve sought something new if it hadn’t been forced on me. but sometimes, forced change is a blessing in disguise. so while this isn’t the goodbye i wanted, it’s not the end.
my at home workouts and habits i've worked hard to build aren’t going anywhere, and my passion for community is stronger than ever. that’s why i’m officially opening my virtual fit club to anyone, no matter what workouts you do or where you’re starting from. no fluff, no judgment—just real people cheering each other on... for life.
