Today was a great day! Coaches Bridges Tomlinson and Craig Anthony came and represented the Barn with pride. Bringing home some hardware, including a World Championship Belt!

Huge thanks to the entire team for working hard, and standing tall in the Jiu-jitsu community! We pride ourselves on hard work, dedication, and drive. We ride as a team, and fall as a team.

Next class is Monday night! No Gi! Let's get it!!

Thanksgiving is behind us. The leftovers are gone. Now it’s Tournament Week — and it’s time to lock in.

Gi class at 4pm today. No excuses. No half-speed. We shake off the holiday fog, tighten up the details, and sharpen every position. This week isn’t about killing each other on the mats — it’s about moving with intention, drilling clean, and preparing our bodies and minds for battle.

Show up. Warm up. Flow with purpose.
Champions are built in the quiet work, not the spotlight.
