ARMY & MARINE VETERANS “JOINING FORCES” FOR JUDO

Prior U. S. Army Sergeant, Ron Peck (right) of the Blind Judo Federation (BJF) engages in a “JOINING FORCES” Meeting with Sergeants Major, U S Marine Corps, Retired E. L. Beshimentob Mayfield, of the U. S. Military Outreach Judo & Jiu-Jitsu Organization (MOJJJO), Incorporated to launch an initiative with the USJF (United States Judo Federation) Board of Directors to authorized a Military, Police, Firefighters & Public Service “Standing Committee” at their meeting held on October 9, 2018 prior to their Annual Continental Crowne Judo Championships in Seattle, Washington. The matter was taken into serious consideration and will be voted upon in the USJF Spring Meeting.

Hurricane Florence hit our Dojo excessively hard. ALL of our Tatami were soaked and ruined. Fortunately, however, none of our Families were harmed. Now, we need as much financial support as we can muster so that we may purchase replacement Tatami (mats). Please note that many routes from the south or west of the base or air station are not safe as widespread flooding persists, and many rivers and other waterways will not crest (reach peak flooding) until later this week:
