We're ringing the breakfast/dinner bell for y'all 🥞

It’s “Breakfast for Dinner” time‼️ Pancakes on the griddle, egg casserole dishes, bacon, sausage gravy and biscuits, bacon and some more bacon 🥓 Please make and bring your favorite breakfast dishes with plenty to share too ✨️

IT'S GO TIME FOR THE JUNE INSHORE AND OFFSHORE TOURNAMENT!!

The Offshore tournament for JUNE is ROULETTE (we spun the wheel and here are the winners: cobia, mangrove snapper, and Kingfish). The Inshore tournament for JUNE is WHITING. Click on the photo below to see details.

*Don't forget: You MUST either choose Offshore or Inshore (for the year) when declaring for your first tournament.

The South Atlantic Fishery Management Council meeting is happening this week (right now) in St Augustine at the World Golf Renaissance hotel 🎣

The Public Comment session starts at 4:00 PM on Wednesday. You need to register in person (before 4:00 PM) or online to give your public comment on how the Red Snapper 39-Day EFP Season was stopped at the federal level by Commercial Fishing Groups and Special Interest groups and a Rogue DC Judge ⚠️

Bait and Tackle shops and For-Hire Captains should especially voice their displeasure with this last minute closure 📣 MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD‼️

We need to tell the SAFMC and NOAA Fisheries (in attendance at the meeting) how our Atlantic Recreational Fishermen have been impacted by this decision. More info below 👇

ICYMI: Last night's club meeting was in one word....AMAZING 🎣💙 Huge thanks to the Past Presidents who came out and made it a fun night of fellowship and storytelling!

We had a wonderful dinner including shrimp/fish & grits, handed out many fish slips, announced the June Club Tournaments, welcomed new members, and celebrated our 67th Birthday as a club 🎉

Don't forget the June Club Tournaments are ON! The weather is looking good and the fish are biting!! Go catch 'em up JOSFC Fam 💪
