“Consistency is boring… until it changes your life.” 💥
For the past 18 months, we’ve worked closely with Alexis on her nutrition, strength training, and most importantly, creating new habits that would allow her to
🌟 loose 23 pounds
🌟 drop 5% body fat
🌟 maintain her lean muscle mass (not an easy thing to do!)
But what makes us most proud isn’t just the numbers…
It’s the shift in her attitude and understanding of what it takes to be fit and healthy.
🌟 She dropped the all-or-nothing, guilt-based relationship with food and started viewing meals as more of a macro equation, allowing for a more balanced approach to eating that made sense and could be tweaked to fit her lifestyle.
🌟 She made 4 days in the gym non-negotiable — even when the workout wasn’t perfect.
🌟 She stopped chasing a calorie burn and started chasing real strength. Less cardio. 🏃♀️ More lifting. 🏋🏼♀️ Expert programming that lead to real results.
🌟 She addressed her hormones. She improved her sleep. And when that foundation clicked, her body started responding in a whole new way!
There were plateaus.
There were frustrating weeks.
There were adjustments.
But there was never talk of quitting.
This is what discipline looks like.
