Welcome to our gym, where you can learn BJJ/Kids BJJ (CXBJJ Affiliate), Muay Thai, USA Boxing and MMA - the only place where it's perfectly normal to spend your evening getting choked, punched, and kicked, all in the name of fighting, and friendship! We are Affiliated with Brazil-021 Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, USA Amateur Boxing, and Strikersunion Muay Thai. We have a cage, a competition sized boxing ri

ng, a bag room, 2 separate matted areas, functional fitness training, and cardio equipment. We teach over 2,705 Classes a Year, encompassing 3,848 hours a year of Kids and Adult Classes. All our Instructors are Certified either by Brazil-021 Jiu Jitsu, Stikers Union Muay Thai, USA Boxing and are active competitors or retired hall of fame coaches. Our coaches can teach you the movements and help you acclimate to our programs. They’ll provide you with training, technical expertise, techniques, motivation and everything you need to get all the benefits from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing or Boxing.

There will not be any scheduled classes, however, for those members that have 24/7 access; the facility will be available for you to use.
