If you're in the area this morning, don't forget about our Jaguar Tennis Mixer at 9AM! We'll be playing at Jacksonville High School and taking donations for our tennis team! We'd love to have you come play with us.

We can take cash or checks addressed to "Jacksonville College" with "Tennis" in the memo.

Incredibly proud of our team this weekend. We had so many amazing results. I want to name some particular standouts.

Wilco Cillers won the Flight 4 singles bracket with wins over Collin College, Dallas Baptist, and Texas Wesleyan.

Daniel Shelton won the Flight 7 singles bracket.

Gabriel Torres Arrevalo was the finalist in the Flight 2 singles bracket.

Emil Mikkelsen and Wilco Cillers were finalists in the Flight 1 doubles bracket.

Ryan Christensen and Kaine Dowden won 3rd place in the Flight 3 doubles bracket.

We had an outstanding start to the season. There are numerous areas we need to improve in order to be prepared for Regional, but we are getting better each week! I'm proud of the guys for their intensity and hard work.

For all of you local tennis fans, today at 1 at the Cascades in Tyler, Jacksonville College is taking on Texas A&M-Texarkana.

It'll be fun and highly competitive tennis as usual!
