We are a family gym that has served the greater Jacksonville community since 1988. We care about the health and wellness of our members and it is the focus of our owners and our staff. The moment you walk in our doors and are greeted by our staff we encourage you to be the healthiest version of you . We offer many fun ways to exercise and be active for the whole family including cardio equipment,

weightlifting equipment, indoor &outdoor pools, sauna, whirlpool bath tub, basketball, volleyball, racquetball, and so much more! Whether your looking to build muscle, slim down a little, or just get yourself active we invite you to check us out.

Thursday night cardio classes were puttin’ in that work tonight! Thursdays at 5:30 we have Beginner Xtreme Hip Hop Step followed by TRAP fitness! Call or stop in for more information on our group fitness schedule! All classes are included in a Courts + membership!
