“TEAM WORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK”

Breakdown:
- 3 Pods, 9 Stations
- 4:30 Work/ 30sec Rest
- Complete Target Reps/ TEAM AMRAP
- 1 Lap Through each Pod

60min of Team Effort.
•
You and your partner will aim to complete the target reps on the left side of the screen (buy-in) once the target reps are reached. You both will work together to reps out as many reps as possible of the right side of the screen till the work time is up!
•
If you are on the ERGs you will switch on and off with your partner during the work period to gather the furthest distance as possible.
