I have been terribly negligent in updating this page. I have been on a self-imposed hiatus from social media. However, tonight for the first time since his accident Grandmaster Greg Hicks taught class. He has been back as an observer recently, but tonight he led class. Welcome back my Sensei and my friend.

Four tests tonight. Congrats, in rank order, to Dominick Dugan for Blue Belt 6th Kyu, Benjamin Poniatkowski for Orange Belt 7th Kyu, Jason Graham for Yellow Belt with Orange Stripe 8th Kyu, and Alejandro (Alex) Leon for White Belt with Yellow Stripe 10th Kyu. Well done!!!

Our purple belt Noah got to lead a class today as one of his requirements for brown belt. Did a light workout at the start before introducing the students to grappling moves. Transitioned to Blind Man Training, and capped off the night with punches and kicks on the training dummy. Fun night for everyone and helped get Noah one step closer to brown belt!!!
