Under Developed. Over Exposed.

That’s what it’s called when a player consistently doesn’t make gains in the cage, mound, weight room, etc. and thinks more on field exposure is the answer.
•
No college coaches look at your son’s PG or PBR profile. Spend that money to develop the player so when he does attend Camps, Showcases, etc. he’s not just another dude‼️
•
And to go ahead and answer this question… “So you’re saying we shouldn’t play at all? How will he see how training is going if he doesn’t play?” TRAIN WHILE PLAYING. You’re on the Dirtbags? Perfect. Showing up on the weekends and not being ready to go due to lack of development / work throughout the week… ain’t gonna cut it.

Are they great experiences? Sure. Do they have a blast? Sure. Do they make some solid memories there? Sure.
•
Does it help them to have exposure while being underdeveloped? No.
•
