Customer called us for what seemed like a simple chain replacement… but we don’t believe in just throwing parts at a problem.

After a full inspection, we found the real issue. The motor and rear sprocket were out of alignment, putting uneven pressure on the chain and causing excessive wear until it finally broke.

We properly aligned everything, installed the new chain, checked the entire drivetrain, and now this custom Razor MX500 is running smooth and the way it should.

Sometimes the broken part isn’t the real problem.

Before you spend money replacing parts, let us inspect it and fix the root cause.
