Also, for those who may not be aware, the league itself has about 5-6 pages of rules and standards. I do my best to follow those. If you ever have any questions about the sport, league, etc. definitely reach out. I opted not to have a parent meeting at the beginning of season, as I know you all have so much going on and this league is about fun and learning. I wanted to give you all a break as parents as far as this activity and the expectations, and to just enjoy watching your girls play!

I have been given permission from the league to have 2 teams for the tournament, so lots more play time for each player, which I am super excited about! Thanks for all of your patience and understanding as we have navigated having 20 players!

Reminder that we have practice 4:45-6 tonight, and a match Thursday!

Keep encouraging your girls to work hard and absorb the teaching. They are still new to this and I can see the things “clicking!” They are making so much progress, regardless of a W or L. My goal for them is to gain solid foundational skills that allow them to stand out at JMS tryouts next year.

Happy Monday! I caught wind that there is JMS Cheer tryouts this week. Will this impact any of the girls coming this week? We have a match Tuesday and Thursday this week. Looks like next week is JMS Dance tryouts, so that may impact Thursday 3/30 as well. Please let me know so I can be prepared for play time rotations etc.! Have a great week!

Girls have order forms, let me know if you have any questions! Also, the girls said they want to wear their jerseys to school on game days! They are welcome to do that starting Tuesday!

Parents, jerseys will be ready for the game tomorrow night! Woohoo! Please bring $25 to the game for the jersey.

Reminder to be there at least 15 minutes early, as that is when the official warm up clock starts. Our game is at 6:45, so I recommend as early as 6:20 for player arrival.

I hope the girls are excited! They’ve worked really hard!
