🚨🚨🚨NEW SCHEDULE ALERT 🚨🚨🚨

Attn::: Starting September 4th we will be adding a Lil Munchkins class for our 3-5 year olds. this class will primarily focus on foundational movement patterns, agility , and basic wrestling information and drills…

This class will be perfect for kids looking to gain exposure to wrestling…
-
We will also have our Lil Champs class which will be for 5-7 year olds… In this class we will still introduce a lot of what our 3-5 year olds are doing but we will begin to move into wrestling another opponent etc…
-
Our 7-12 year olds will practice the same time as our high schools kids unless beginners…
-
All beginners will start at either Lil Munchkins or Lil Champs Class which ever one is closer to their age…
-
Each wrestler will have an opportunity to test out and move up to the more advanced class ahead of them…
-
Nothing changes for high school wrestlers…

Membership Cost:
Wrestling and Lifting $125
Wrestling Only $75

Big shout out to Conor Beebe coming through and dropping some real gems this week…

If you live anywhere close to Beebe Trained facilities and you’re not at least dropping in once a week to his Academy you are seriously missing out…

He delivered the right amount of information and details for it to stick…

We talked concepts over flashy technique sessions…

He literally worked with every kid he could…

We will definitely be making a trip out to Beebe Trained Academy in the near future but we will also be bringing him back for another camp..

Thanks to all the kids who showed up to get better this week…
