What all do we offer?

Gym of the Hills is home to both CrossFit Thelo & Ignite Fitness.
We also offer personal training and sport specific training as well.

CrossFit and Ignite are both group fitness classes.

CrossFit involves a little bit of everything. We are going to lift heavy and move fast. The goal is improvement in strength + looks (toning up)!

Ignite involves a little bit of everything as well, but you will never see barbells, the pull up rig, or heavy weights. The goal for this class is improvement in looks (toning up) + endurance!

Ignite is the one of the best workout classes in town at Gym of the Hills alongside CrossFit Thelo. No Barbells, No Pull Up Rig, No Heavy Weights.

What is different about each of our classes?

CrossFit - Weight Lifting, Performance & Strength Focus, Shorter & High Intensity,

Ignite - Body Weight or Small Weights, Moving Well & Looking Good is the Focus,

BootCamp - Longer, Focus On Staying Moving, Burn Calories!
