It's never too late to look out for your brother

What's your reason why? What's pushing you towards your goals? Just know everyone is absorbing your energy. Good or bad whether you like it or not. Choose to be disciplined enough to persevere and WIN so you can spread THAT type of energy.

You ever bite into a pineapple and start to do your happy dance? Yea, didn’t think so..

Well I just did😁

Back when I was 100 pounds over weight I never thought I’d love fruits so much.

Here’s a sample day of the foods I ate to burn all that fat, build muscle and boost my confidence to start my first business.

Breakfast:
1 cup Egg whites, 1 whole egg, 5 grape tomatoes and hot sauce to taste (Omelette cheese free)

Post Workout Shake:
1 scoop of protein, 1 HEFTY tbsp of Peanut Butter, one banana, ice and water to taste

Lunch:
1 cup of Brown Rice, 40 g Chicken Breast and 1/2 cup spinach

Dinner:
1 sweet potato, 44 g Salmon and 1 cup baked broccoli

I’m 5 years vegan today, but back then this rotation believe it or not was my primary nutrition.

The food kept me satisfied NOT FULL.

Unless you're trying to bulk up on muscle you never want to eat to be full.

You should feel “ready” to eat by the time you’re done eating the previous meal.

Also notice, carbs fats and protein are not skipped in any of these meals, because we’re breaking down muscle everyday repeatedly. Foodizfuel.

If you're eating way less or even more and still feel stuck, don’t change anything.
