We're headed to Charleston tomorrow for a day with family and definitely some surf fishing! We built this 4 wheel Sr this morning for a customer, super simple and effective! They don't all have to be Swiss army knives!

New Fishnmate Sr with Benjamin's 4 wheel lunar rover kit and our standard push handle is $899 and it can easily be upgraded and taken to the next level one piece at a time or all at once off of our website!

Check out the Surf Fishing solutions run & gun. This cart has been one of our trademarks since the beginning. It goes where traditional 4 wheel carts won't and it's perfect for travel.

IT'S HERE! We just got in 2500ft of furniture grade PVC in for our CANDY SPIKE rod holders and Ghost Shrimp Pumps!

Furniture grade PVC is not plumbing PVC (sold at hardware stores), it has different properties to hold up to extensive outdoor use.

- It's UV resistant, which means the sun will not weaken or fade your spike. Plumbing pvc will weaken in the sun and become brittle.

- It's impact resistant, the manufacturer adds impact modifiers into the mix. This adds a slight rubbery property that absorbs a mallot strike better than plumbing PVC.

- It has a beautiful high gloss finish with no writing or external marks like plumbing pvc.

- Our CANDY SPIKES were made to our specifications, the wall thickness is now .10" which makes them stronger and lighter than plumbing PVC of similar specs. They have a 1.90" OD with .10" wall thickness, and are available in blue, red, purple, and orange. We discontinued green for this production run but it'll be back in the future. We will carry green 2 inch pvc for ghost shrimp pumps.

You can't buy thinwall furniture grade pvc off the shelf, it has to be specifically manufactured and its expensive, some customers have questioned why does it cost more than home depot pvc. It's because it's not the same product, if you want a cheaper inferior pipe, home depot is for you, but if you want a great looking superior pvc spike, we've got you covered!

What a crazy 48hrs. I swap over to a new Argon tank Sunday AM and I get greeted with a contaminated tank. I'm mad because there's so much to do. Anyhow I spend the day cutting drilling and sanding parts. This morning I get up early and race to the welding store to swap out two new tanks because I have a busy day. Only to find (((both new tanks))) are also contaminated once i get home....no way!! It must be my equipment. I spend 2 hours troubleshooting and on the phone with primeweld. I ended up taking the 2 tanks to another supplier to exchange and wouldn't you know it, I was back in business. Only half a day wasted, grrrrrr. Ive never seen 3 bad tanks in a row and at the worst possible time. We caught up by this evening taking care of some low hanging fruit.

These prices on everything is insane. 4.00+ gallon for gas, 45+ for hamburger, milk shot up, and everything else is getting worse. I just went to Walmart, a receipt not even 5 inches long, a half of a cart, and it was $285.

With that being said, if you spend your hard earned money on Takedown Rod Holders right now, truly from the bottom of my heart, I want to thank you. I know how hard all of you work for your money, and the fact even in times like this your still finding a way to support my small business, means more than I will ever be able to put in words.

Metal costs, shipping costs, boxes and tape, it’s all going up exponentially, and I’m going to eat every last bit of it until I can’t anymore. I just wanted to let you know I appreciate all of you. So, so, so much.

Wow! I don't know what happened this year but right at the end of February we got buried in orders and it hasn't let up! This is awesome and it's going to make way for some big additions in 2026. We're running behind on orders....all of them. We've been pulling 80-90hr work weeks (that's not an exaggeration) pushing out gear and will continue to do so until We've cleared the log jamb.

This week I have to go in for an unexpected surgery, I'm told I'll need a week rest but I'll be out in the shop the second I feel up to it. We'll bring in more family to help cut & prep aluminum as well as box items up.

Theres no business like Surf Fishing Solutions, we build and sell products online, sponsor and sell at events, but the one thing that makes us stand apart is we still have customers who come to the shop and drop carts off for repairs and modifications all week long, that's how we started.

We are pushing tons of gear out of the shop but there's still way more to be done!! Run & Gun carts are leaving the shop...

We are pushing tons of gear out of the shop but there's still way more to be done!! Run & Gun carts are leaving the shop as are full 4 wheel carts, spikes, and bike racks. Ghost Shrimp Pumps have been out of stock but I believe our stainless steel tubing was supposed to arrive in Jacksonville last Friday. If so well start putting those together! He had an awesome young welder over yesterday to help out with welding spikes while I cut & sanded aluminum, he drained a full Argon bottle in one day! He doesn't play!

Here's an example of why you should buy from Surf Fishing Solutions. One of our customers had this handle built a few years ago and it finally gave it up. They get a new handle NO QUESTIONS ASKED. This time we made it even heavier to last even longer at no charge. That's the difference. You can buy cheap and you can even spend more on gear with no warranty. Over the years, we have literally repaired more of the competitors handles than our own in the shop. We may take a little longer than we want but business is booming right now, it's worth it!
