About me!

My name is Morgan Maliga. I am 20 years old and a former division I lacrosse player. I have had the privilege to work with many great coaches over the years and play with some of the best players in the country.

Some highlights of my experience include:
✨ 4 years starting on Varsity in High School.
✨ A member of the US Lacrosse Upstate NY National Team.
✨Member of the Upstate NY team at the Under Armour All-America tournament.
✨ Defender on the Binghamton University Women’s Lacrosse team.
✨ Multiple club tournaments and showcases.

It would be an honor to pass along all of the knowledge I have learned throughout my years playing lacrosse! I have worked with many college coaches and have had the chance to play everywhere on the field (except for goalie.) no matter your goals, I would live to help you achieve them!

* Draw Skills - $25 (1hr)
In the game of women’s lacrosse, if you can’t win the draw... you can’t do much. Over the years I have worked with numerous different coaches and players to develop a draw technique that is unique and highly successful. Much of my approach is rooted in techniques similar to those used in men’s lacrosse Face-offs. I will not only teach different types of draws, but when to use them, as well as essential agility and reaction time skills to ultimately improve the player’s draw.
* Defensive skills - $25 (1 hr)
Defense has always been my specialty, no matter the sport, I loved defense. This is the position I was recruited to play in college and was successful in for 4 years on varsity in high school. I will teach the player the importance of communication, FOOTWORK and stick skills because clearing the ball is half of the battle.
* Player development - $25 (1 hr)
This session is best for beginners or players who would like to improve their overall lacrosse IQ and skills. We will work on the basics and focus on areas where weakness can be spotted to help develop and all around strong player.
* Speed training - $25 (1hr)
This session consists of high reps of fast paced drills. This improves reaction time whether it be for getting off the line for a free position or for beating the girl next to you for a ground ball. Having quick feet is essential for the game of lacrosse.
