💡 The 5-Minute System I Use When I Feel Completely Off Track
Here’s something we don't talk about enough:

You don’t get consistent by having more motivation.

You get consistent by having a backup system for days when you don’t feel like doing anything.

Here’s the 5-minute system I've when I’m overwhelmed, tired, or just mentally DONE...including during grueling prep for bodybuilding shows.
➡️ Set a timer for 5 minutes
➡️ Pick one tiny action
➡️ Finish it
➡️ Stop (yes, stop)

Examples:
5 min walk
5 min stretch
5 min kitchen reset
5 min breathing exercise
5 mins to write out tomorrow’s plan

The goal isn’t perfection.
It’s momentum. 📈

Because once you prove to yourself that you can do something, everything else becomes easier.

This is one of the core foundations inside Fit by February — we remove pressure and rebuild confidence through simple, doable systems.

There was a point where I didn’t even recognize myself.

After my injury, it wasn’t just my body that felt different —
it was my confidence.
My routine.
My identity.

😵‍💫 Feeling overwhelmed?
Here's why that keeps happening (and how to fix it).

You don’t need another planner.
You don’t need a more aggressive workout split.
And you definitely don’t need to “just try harder.”

In my many years of doing this now.. I've noticed that an overwhelming majority of the time..
If you’re feeling overwhelmed and stuck, there’s usually ONE reason:

❌ You’re making too many decisions, too often.

Overwhelm thrives in mental clutter.

Every day, you’re asking yourself:
“Should I work out today?”
“What should I eat?”
“Should I track this?”
“Is this even working?”
“I’ll just start tomorrow…”
That’s not a lack of willpower.
That’s a lack of system.

Here’s the system I give my clients:
✅ One decision, made ONCE, and repeated daily.
Then move on to the next thing.
