🧘🏽‍♀️Group yoga (therapy) for anxiety
🧘🏻‍♂️Yoga for better sleep
🧘🏿Yoga for body positivity and acceptance
🧘🏼‍♀️Baby and me yoga - all gender inclusive class with couple invited as well
🧘🏾‍♂️Fun family yoga- calming, grounding, mindful movement
🧘🏻Pre and postal yoga for couples

So would you come to any of these? Which ones interest you? Tell me your suggestions for underserved yoga populations or under available classes. When I daydream I go big;)

Viparita Karani - Legs Up the Wall - a Restorative inversion 🙃 with many benefits 🧘🏼‍♀️
This is one of my absolute favorite poses- a simple easy inversion that works wonderfully for restorative yoga. It has so many benefits including:

Slows down and calms the nervous system
Reduced swelling and Fatigue in the feet
Gently stretches the lower back and hamstrings
Will help you sleep better
Improves circulation
Reduces stress/anxiety levels
Lowers blood pressure

I always feel more grounded and calm after this pose and it helps me relax! I lay her for 15-20 minutes during a restorative yoga class and it’s amazing!
