SUP Yoga is a humbling experience made to test our boundaries both physical and mental. Can we maintain our focus when the ground is shifting beneath us? Can we fail and try again? Can we laugh at ourselves? Can we let go of the results- good or bad? Yoga teaches us to slow down, try again, and be grateful for what already is.

Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga is exhilarating, humbling, adventurous, and actually calming. I had the most fun today with a very fierce group of ladies who tested their boundaries and reconsidered the difficulty of the poses. Fun was had, weather was joyous, and spirits were high. Thank you to the people who make this possible. You bring my dreams to life!!!!
