✨I’m Michelle (or MK), a certified personal trainer and women’s health coach with nearly a decade of experience helping busy women get stronger, leaner, and feel more confident in their bodies—without extreme diets or endless cardio sessions.

We went back and forth between applicants but ended up choosing who we believed to be the most deserving of this opportunity right now.
Daneza has shown that she’s a woman who is beyond DETERMINED to better her health and take her fitness to another level this year!
As someone who’s struggled to find the balance between staying motivated and finding time to get movement in with her busy work and mom life schedule - she’s tried almost everything to reach her goals but as we know life gets busy and it’s hard to do it alone. She truly embodies the exact type of woman that we specialize in helping!
