I hope that when my daughter gets older, she remembers that the time we spent together wasn't an obligation. It was one of the greatest joys of my life ❀️

The older I get, the more I realise that success means very little if the people you love don't get the best of you.

Years from now, I won't remember every meeting, email, or item on my to-do list. But I'll remember the conversations, the laughter, the adventures, and the ordinary moments that turned out to be the most important ones.

Be present. Your children may not remember everything you said, but they'll never forget how you made them feel.

Is ni****ne really as bad as we think? 🎯

Compared to ci******es, dip, and va**ng, they're undeniably a better option. No to***co. No combustion. Far fewer health concerns attached to the delivery system itself.

But don't confuse "better" with "harmless."

Ni****ne is still one of the most addictive substances on the planet. It can sharpen focus and improve cognitive performance in the short term, but it also raises heart rate, drives tolerance, and can leave you needing more just to feel normal.
