🚦Next up in the remodel: the Locker Rooms!

We're beginning work on the Men's and Women's Locker Rooms at our Jax Beach location tomorrow, Monday, December 2nd! Our work is scheduled from 8pm-3am, during which our bathrooms located in our GroupX Room and next to the Lift Lab will be the primary bathrooms available.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to your workouts, and appreciate your flexibility as we try to refresh these areas as quickly and efficiently as possible!💪

Heads up Jax Beach fam!🚨

We'll be moving our construction into the mezzanine area at our Jax Beach location beginning Monday, November 11th. The mezzanine will be closed for construction from 9pm-4am from Monday, 11/11 to Friday, 11/15.

We were honored to welcome the Glynn County Fire Department to our Brunswick location to honor 9/11 today. Our staff and members cheered on as they climbed 110 floors, representing the floors in the Twin Towers. With full gear and oxygen tanks, they went on to do an additional 50 floors!🤯

We honor and remember the brave men and women who rushed in to help, the lives lost, and the lives affected that tragic day. We will never forget. ❤️🇺🇸
