Took me weeks to do this
Here goes
I've officially left St Augustine after close to 15 years of training
Met some pretty amazing people & trained some even more amazing people along the way!
My heart has broken from leaving those people!
I'll start training people closer to home in Jax B*h & maybe a few other places . Make no mistake
Huge hole in my heart to not continue that amazing journey with those strong fantastic people! I'll miss ya more than words can say!
