TSR Tactical is a proactive and balanced approach towards your personal and professional safety, awareness and self defense. Beyond training you physically about proper punches and kicks, our approach starts long before a threat is imminent. Proper awareness, recognition and avoidance of dangerous situations are proactive measures you should have in a comprehensive and dynamic self defense program
