Every Thursday morning, Dr. Bridget opens her office doors (and her wisdom) to moms in every season—pregnant, postpartum, or deep in the toddler years. She’s a chiropractor, is incredibly knowledgeable about holistic health, and most importantly, is a mom who knows what it’s like to be in the trenches.

This isn’t just another mom group. It’s a place where your questions actually get answered, your struggles are understood, and you leave feeling less alone in it all.

It’s your first baby’s very first 4th of July. You’re so excited to introduce them to the magical tradition of fireworks… and they absolutely hate it. 🫠

If your child is under 2, the reality is that they will probably hate fireworks. Fireworks are incredibly loud and bright, plus they’ll be up past their bedtime, and there are big crowds… all a recipe for an overstimulated nervous system, which in turn leads to harder behaviors.

So if you have tiny tots, take this as your permission slip to skip out on fireworks this year if it feels like too much. Before you know it, they’ll be big enough to enjoy the tradition along side you.

If you do decide to bring your littles, put noise-canceling headphones on them and wear them! This helps their nervous system feel a little more regulated.

One of the most beautiful things that came out of creating The Enchanted Cottage was this Village 🥹

What started as an outlet for the docs to share their expertise, advice, and alternative health and parenting beliefs with like-minded parents, blossomed into a tight-knit group of curious and intentional first-time-moms who kept showing up for each other week after week!

Our shared mission for both businesses has always been to be a source of wisdom for new parents to help them gain confidence in their parenting journey—and we’re honored to do that through this group. 🥰

If you’ve been a regular attendee, we would love to keep seeing your beautiful face on Thursdays! If you’ve never been but this sounds like your vibe, we welcome you with open arms! Make sure to check out all of our past discussions on YouTube, too. (Slainte practice members: this is your perfect opportunity to get the one-on-one time with the docs that isn’t always possible at your appointments! But no, you do not need to be a practice member to attend!)

Sure, we don’t have the space at the office for the thousands of Cottage toys, but we will have plenty to keep your babies entertained while we chat! And most importantly, the same heart-felt, intentional conversations about motherhood/parenthood 🧡
