Our very own Jessica Baker will be featured in the world premiere of ‘A Life Outside’ at Alpinfilm this coming Saturday January 17 2:30pm at the Center for the Arts. Followed by a speakers panel at 4:15pm.

Jessica Baker is a professional mountain guide based in Jackson with more than two decades of experience guiding and exploring mountains around the world. From first descents in the Tetons and the Alps to expeditions in Greenland, Patagonia, Antarctica, and Alaska, her career reflects the spirit of exploration and leadership at the heart of this film. Jessica is an AMGA certified ski guide, an AMGA certified Alpine Guide, and an IFMGA guide aspirant, and works year-round with Exum Mountain Guides, Jackson Hole Alpine Guides, Ski Divas LLC, Pulseline Adventures, and the American Avalanche Institute.
Jessica will join the panel discussion following the screening, offering perspective from a lifetime spent guiding in high-risk, high-consequence environments.
Wyoming PBS’s documentary A LIFE OUTSIDE: AMERICAN MOUNTAIN GUIDES makes its world premiere at 2:30 p.m. on Jan. 17 at AlpinFilm at the Center for the Arts in Jackson.
