Two of our own stepped onto the mats this past week at IBJJF Master Worlds and IBJJF Jiu-Jitsu CON International.

Competing takes a lot of work before you ever get to the first match. Training, showing up, putting yourself through tough rounds, and being willing to test what you’ve learned.
