Just want to make everyone aware that as of today our barrel prices have gone up $10 for any new orders along with ones that were already placed. Steel/operating costs have been affected in making this increase. We appreciate your understanding!

Due to changing circumstances, we have been forced to change our barrel pricing policies.

Any existing orders that have been placed with us and confirmed will be honored at the confirmed price. However, any future order prices will not be guaranteed until the time of shipping. According to the projected increase in materials there could potentially be a 5-10% increase over the confirmation price for all barrels.

Hey Folks,

It has recently come to our attention that there is some confusion about the imitation barrels that we previously posted. We want to clarify a few things.

A great customer of ours that has had some outstanding performance with our barrels has been accused of making fake barrels. He is not. Scott Taylor and his partner Jim at Defense Solutions, LLC has 1-6 twist Bartlein .22RF barrels in stock that he is using for .22 ELR. They were made in the shop this past spring 2020, and were personally hand delivered by me to his shop in Indiana.

As you will see in the attached photo the specifications are directly from us, per his order. He is only using the best, genuine Bartlein Barrels. Earlier this year we put out a post about his success – we will never advocate a customer that is doing something nefarious or deliberately disingenuous.

We believe that the imitation barrels are only going to affect international customers as they are coming from the middle east or the far east.

If you ever have any questions about whether or not someone is using a real Bartlein, please call us before making accusations – that is unprofessional at best, and underhanded at worst.

A little warning as it has been brought to our attention that we are finding fake "Bartlein" barrels for sale overseas.

The 22cal barrel….we don’t make and have never made a 6R. Also the S/N puts the barrel as a 6mm sold to GA Precision in September of 2017. The lot code on the steel also….wasn’t purchased until late 2018.

The 30cal barrels there is a duplicate S/N and some of the S/N ranges are in the 1.4mil. We are not that high.

Stampings are incorrect as well. We won’t get into any more specifics but definitely not our barrels!
