PHILOSOPHY AND OBJECTIVES

The mission of the Jackson Soccer Club is to provide an environment that promotes the postivies of team sports.

1.Learning basic knowledge and understanding of the sport

2.Achieving motor-skill development through exercise

3.Developing lifelong habits of physical fitness

4.Challenging participants to improve and achieve

5.Living within the

rules and goals of sport

6.Sharing positive and valuable experiences with friends

7.Learning discipline and success by hard work

8.Promoting confidence

9.Having fun! We hope to promote the recreational benefits and emphasize the educational values of team sports, while putting winning and losing into an age-appropriate perspective. Our goal is to encourage every child to have fun and return to the program year after year. We also hope that all parents will enjoy their experience and feel rewarded by their involvement. In order to achieve these goals, we have adopted the following objectives:

•To provide an enjoyable introduction and experience

•To provide a healthy environment for fun and learning

•To teach the fundamental skills within a team setting

In order to make our objectives clear to coaches, parents and athletes, we have provided a Code of Conduct Agreement for each, to be executed as a standard of our expectations. All agreements will be covered in detail with all participants at the beginning of each season. We also hope that you will emphasize these concepts with your children so that your expectations of their behavior are clear, and so each child will understand that it is not just a family expectation but also a community expectation. Sound all the way up! Last Friday our Blaze ladies took an important step forward and once again punched their ticket to the MOSA Cup Finals. It was an intense battle against a well-trained and valiant opponent. They held a clean sheet against a team that averages 3.75 goals a game. And once again, Blaze are victorious in penalties! Come cheer on your home team in the final - Saturday June 13, at Justice, 1pm kick.

Congratulations to U12G Jackson Surge on winning the 2026 32nd Annual Sunburst Tournament!
The girls had a great weekend of soccer, finishing strong with results of 4-0, 3-1, 1-1, and a 1-0 victory in the Championship Game.
Amazing effort, teamwork, and determination from the entire team. We are proud of the continued growth and commitment these players show every time they step on the field.

Congratulations to the U8 Girls, Fire Hawks team for a phenomenal showing last weekend!

They finished their tournament with 3 wins, and 1 tie, with only 2 goals allowed. They ended their last game in a nail-biter in which Jackson scored the game tying goal with less than a minute left in the game!

In addition, they played their 8th OCR game in which they won 6-0.

The players showed resilience, heart, and impeccable teamwork.

Great job to them and all the teams this tournament weekend.

⚽️🏆 Congratulations to Our Jackson Soccer Club Recreational Program! 🏆⚽️

What an outstanding weekend at the Frances G. Young Rec Tournament!

Our Jackson Soccer Club recreational teams represented our club with tremendous effort, sportsmanship, and teamwork, finishing the tournament with an impressive overall record of 9 wins, 5 losses, and 2 ties.

We are incredibly proud of all of our players, coaches, volunteers, and families who helped make this tournament a success. Your dedication, positive attitude, and love for the game were on full display all weekend long.

Thank you to everyone who participated and supported our teams. Congratulations on a fantastic tournament and a job well done!
