Tip for the day: This New Years start a habit to make your bed in the morning. Itโ€™s a nice way to start the day. Making you feel like you have already tackeled one item on your long list of โ€œto doโ€™sโ€ for the day. Giving your body a little dopamine boost and a high five ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ. It also feels good to come back to a made bed at the end of a long day.

๐Ÿ™Œ๐ŸผQuick workout 3-4 times through for best use of time.
This was โ€œtake 3โ€. I tried Snapchat to record and got cut off. Then I broke a ring. Jerry calls in take 3.
So with being busy w 3 other businesses I need to try to get more videos up.!!
This one is as followed: (pardon my extra reps I do as I talk, just get in as many as you can and follow along, go back to beginning and repeat all 5 exercise, then stretch)
*Adductor ring squeeze 25 -30 reps
*Sit up rotation ring squeeze 15-20 reps
* Push ups 20-25 reps
* Hamstring curls 15 reps
* Plank on SB or floor 30secs
X3-4
