One of our longtime team members is graduating and moving back home, so we are looking for a friendly and reliable person to join our team at our full-service tennis & pickleball pro shop.
Full-time and part-time hours available.
Day, evening, and weekend shifts needed.
Retail experience and knowledge of tennis or pickleball is helpful, but not required.

We’re growing fast and looking for an energetic Pickleball Professional to join our team at Parham Bridges Tennis Center! If you love working with people, building community, and growing the game, this is for you.

⭐ What You’ll Do
• Teach private lessons, semi-private lessons & group clinics
• Lead intro programs for new/returning players
• Help run leagues, round robins, and social mixers
• Assist with tournaments & special events
• Create a fun, positive, high-energy environment

⭐ What We’re Looking For
• Playing or coaching experience in pickleball
• Certification a plus (PPR/IPTPA) — NOT required
• Great communication and people skills
• Team-oriented and upbeat
• Passion for building a thriving pickleball community

⭐ Schedule & Pay
• Flexible hours (mornings, evenings, weekends)
• Highly competitive pay based on experience & lesson volume
• Opportunities to grow into more roles
