Sophia and her standardbred Mackenzie Hanover aka melody. Catch melody showing with both Sophia and her mother krystall throughout the three day show! This is melody's second year at nationals and shes ready to hit the show ring again!

Joe and his standardbred Sounion aka cash! Cash was saved out of the moores killpen this past January 2026. From an unknown fate to a FANTASTIC riding horse now! This boy is what we call a unicorn in the horse world!

Tivonne and her standardbred Olde Broadside aka Brodie!!! This team is making their second year trip to nationals and it's a special one as this is their 2 year anniversary together ❤️ tivonne fell in love with this beautiful boy when he was available at the national show in 2024 through the purple haze standardbred adoption program. This year they have stepped it up a notch and conquered the goal of getting out there English and western so you can catch them showing in the following

Next up on our standardbred nationals team roster!! Let's kick up those boots for our third team
Sharon Kircher and her standardbred JUSTALUCKYCHARM aka Patrick! Sharon is one of our long time team members, she adopted her amazing boy getting close to 3 years ago from the wonderful trot- trot standardbred adoption and retraining program. This dynamic duo will be showing all weekend and showing off all the hard work they've put in through the years.

ATTENTION!!!! NEW classes added to our game show!!!!! Starting this sunday, our game shows will now feature non- timed e...

ATTENTION!!!! NEW classes added to our game show!!!!! Starting this sunday, our game shows will now feature non- timed events open to all riders! If you are part of the sphonj for the Standardbreds this is a GOOD opportunity to win and log some non- timed event classes to your roster!
These classes are $10 each and we will be offering 2 classes per show starting PROMPTLY at 12pm! (These classes are NOT included in the daily gaming fee as this is a separate event). We will get lots of the gaming runs done in the morning. We will take a break at twelve for the non timed events And then we will resume gaming once the non timed events are done. They will be separated into youth and adult divisions, you can ride in any type of saddle/equipment as well just like how we are for the normal games.
EXAMPLE of what the classes could be (they will vary each show and be announced morning of show): Egg and spoon, Simon says, ride a buck, red light green light, obstacle course etc.
We are excited to offer this new opportunity to our competitors and we are looking forward to a wonderful rest of the season with everyone 😊

Drum roll please for our next team on our standardbred nationals show team!!!
She is our youngest member on the team, lets introduce:
Callie and her standardbred the one and only Sassy Hanover 🎉 this legend of a race horse had 352 starts on the track and retired December 2025! Sassy was adopted by Callies mother Cassandra this past mother's day from the purple haze standardbred adoption program to be callie's personal horse. This was a match made in heaven and Callie at only 9 years old is ready to take to the show ring on her beautiful boy!
You can catch them showing in:
Friday: gaming (in the evening starting at 5pm)
Saturday: ALL the under 12 2 gait classes, fresh off the track classes and the war horse classes
Sunday: in hand classes

Come out and support the wonderful standardbred breed and come support our team misfits national show team!! Each day we will be posting one of our teams on our roster for the 2026 show! First up:

Go team misfits ❤️❤️ job well done my ladies at the autumn riders horse show today! We aren't out chasing ribbons, we are out there giving our horses and ourselves the experience of horse showing! Im so incredibly proud of all of you!! It was a long day but it was a wonderful time with all of you!

Congratulations to our team misfits at the Bella Rosa dressage show yesterday!
Cassie and rollie took 5th for test A
Brittany and lucy took 4th for test A
Sharon and patrick took 4th for test B
Lots of wonderful feedback from the judge on what to work on before the next show.
These are their personally owned horses that they have been putting work into all season and it was wonderful to see them out there having a great time! Big thank you to Tivonne, joe and callie for all the on ground help throughout the show day!!
