When our Littles learn to navigate a tough position on the mats, execute a new sweep under pressure, or get right back up after getting taken down, something shifts. The classroom, new social dynamics, and peer pressure don't feel nearly as intimidating when you already know how to handle pressure in motion. We use hard work on the mats to build armor for the real world.
