Cover Six Strength & Conditioning is offering TWO elite 10-week youth training programs designed to help athletes build strength, speed, confidence, and discipline on and off the field.

⚡ YOUTH STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASS

• Sundays at 3 PM
• Open to all kids ages 7+
• Focus on strength, speed, agility, endurance, and confidence
• Great for all sports and fitness levels

🏈 FOOTBALL STRENGTH CLASS

• Sundays at 5 PM
• Lifting & strength training only
