We are a family-owned 24 hr family gym in Jackson, GA. We offer free group fitness classes for our members. We have free weights, machines, cable equipment, treadmills, cycles, ellipticals, & more! We have a full smoothie/protein shake bar. We have a large fitness room with boxing/yoga/step/interval equipment. We have a private cycling room to to video classes anytime! We offer tanning services. Come see us!
