Tomorrow morning we will be starting 2024 off right with a FREE workout for all men of all ages and fitness levels. This workout will be located in the parking lot with hills at the West Tennessee Sportsplex across from Rockabillys stadium here in Jackson.

Merry Christmas everyone!! 4 High Impact Men getting it done on Christmas morning. The work doesn't end just because it's a holiday. Getting better everyday is our goal. Taking 45 minutes out of our day to challenge ourselves to be better, even on a holiday, will over time benefit our health mentally and physically.

8 men gathered on this warm 33 degree morning to get better!! All it takes is to put your shoes on, step out your door, and come join us. There are many benefits to our group:

- Learning where your limits are
- Learning to push past those limits
- Learning you're not alone

We will never leave a man behind nor will we leave a man in the condition we found him. Improvement is just a matter of effort + consistency over time.

This right here is what it's all about!! 5 men coming together to become better men on a Monday morning. It's not just about the fitness. We are open to all men of all fitness levels every Monday morning at 0530 and every Saturday at 0700. We will be at our Leap of Faith location at Leeper Lane Park here in Jackson this Saturday. I've included GPS location in the link below. Plan to attend!! By the way, it costs nothing to attend. Every single workout is 100% free so what's holding you up!!

We are only as strong as how we react when we least want to do something. Solo workout this morning because work must be done and I owe it to myself,my kids, and to those who feel motivated by my work.
