Great coaches never stop learning.
Once a year, SETS coaches from across our locations come together for the SETS Coaches Conference — a day built around learning, sharing, competing, collaborating and getting better.
We went back to the fundamentals. We talked about what it means to be a SETS coach. We shared new ideas, discussed what’s coming next, challenged each other and learned from coaches across the SETS community.
Because when our coaches get better, the experience we give our members gets better too.
Always learning. Always evolving. Always raising the standard.
