LADY MUSTANGS RALLY LATE
COME UP SHORT

The Lady Mustangs of Murrah High were back in action this morning against the Lady Panthers of Brookhaven High School. The Lady Mustangs fought hard in a five to two defeat at the hands of the Lady Panthers. Tremendous efforts from the Lady Mustangs defense helped contributed to the goals scored on the day. Goalkeeper Sha’Tiyah Adams is accredited with seven saves on the day. Co-captain J’Nyiah Johnson and Sophomore Georgia Mason lead the defensive-line. Goals on the day accredited to Georgia Mason, Eleanor Ballard. The Lone Assist on the day is accredited to Alana Harp. Lady Mustangs are back in action after the Thanksgiving Break on Tuesday, November 28th. The Mustangs square-off in a match against the Lady Tornadoes of Philadelphia High School. Kickoff is set for 5:30 pm at South Jackson Field. Please Come out to support the Lady Mustangs.

UPDATE FROM LAST NIGHT’S ACTION

Lady Mustangs fight hard in a pair of matches in Brookhaven during play in the Lloyd Star Invitational. The Lady Mustangs opened up the tournament against Lawrence County with a one to one draw against the Lady Cougars. Big Game from the defensive line and Alana Harp contributed to the result. Goal contributed to Alana Harp on a solo effort. (1-1-2)

Game two consisted of a stalemate mate between the two sides. The Lady Mustangs battled the Lady Bears of West Lincoln to secure another draw on the day of nil to nil. (1-2-2)

The Lady Mustangs are back in on action on Monday, November 20th at Hughes field. Kickoff Time is scheduled for 10:30 am against the Lady Panthers of Ole Brook.

Lady Mustangs Held to Stables in tough loss to Lady Vikes.

Thursday Night’s derby was a match to forget for the Lady Mustangs. With an end result of seven to nil, the Lady Mustangs fought hard throughout the match. Notable contributions from Murrah’s Georgia Mason, Sha’Tiyah Adams, Jy’Nyiah Johnson, and Alana Harp. The Lady Mustangs fall to (1-0-2) on the season and are back in action tomorrow at the Lloyd Star Invitational in Brookhaven, MS. Kickoff times and Schedule below.

After a tough loss to the Lady Titans of Ridgeland High School on last Tuesday, the Lady Mustangs bounce back in stellar fashion tonight with a seven to nil win.

The Lady Mustangs hosted the Lady Patriots of Forest Hill High School on a calm autumn night under the stars. The intra-district derby consisted of goals from Eleanor Ballard (2), J’Nyah McAfee (2),
Alana Harp, Brooke Jordan, Jayla Donaldson(1). Assist(s) from J’Nyia Johnson (3), Jordan, Ballard, Harp.

The Lady Mustangs will be back in action on this Thursday, Nov 16 against the hosting Lady Vikes of Warren Central High School. Kickoff is set for 5:30 PM.
